For me, nature is beautiful and exciting. It makes me feel better when I am sad or angry.
There is lots of research that shows this is true for most people. We live very busy connected lives and some times it is good to go out into wild spaces like a wood, a beach or by a river and disconnect.
I also feel inspired by nature. Seeing plants and animals in the wild makes me want to find out more about them. Its like watching a David Attenborough documentary but you get to be the presenter!
