      Hello Emily,

      A cyborg is part human and part machine. For example, the first recognised cyborg is Professor Kevin Warwick, because he had chip implants as part of experiments in control: http://www.kevinwarwick.com/

      The first legal cyborg is Neil Harbisson, he has an eyeborg device that helps him to perceive colour- he is naturally colour blind, please see this page:
