That’s a good question. There is a saying that in science you don’t make sudden discoveries but follow a path of tiny steps in the dark until you begin to work out where you are. So I have found out lots of little things about the nature and on their own they are not amazingly exciting but all together they form part of a bigger picture that we are trying to understand. I have learnt lots of little things about bees and how they interact with each other and flowers and this is all part of the information I can use in my models to understand the whole system.
