  The Sun will run out of fuel in about 5 billion years, but is not massive enough to collapse to a black hole. However, when the Sun dies, it will leave behind a ‘White Dwarf’ star. These stars are as ‘tiny’ as the Earth, yet contain comparable mass to the Sun!
