      Good question!
The bees drink nectar from flowers and collect pollen which they eat. The nectar is like a sugary water and the pollen has protein in it. They mix up the two in their stomaches and then when they are back in the next, they vomit up the mixture…gross! This is honey which they can store for later incase there is a shortage of food. So when we eat honey we are eating bee sick…but don’t worry, its delicious and good for you!
