Sorry Lucy I’m not sure what to recommend. I know you can get patches that you stick in your arm, and chewing gum that helps you stop. You can even be hypnotised to stop. The problem is these don’t work for everyone. If you really want to know it’s best to ask a doctor about this.
This is a tricky question to answer, because methods of stopping smoking work for some people, but not others. Some people find that sticking patches on their arms helps, chewing gum, and even in recent years ‘vaping’. This is where someone ‘smokes’, but instead of smoking and producing dangerous smoke, they instead inhale a more safe version of water vapour.
