      Hi Optimal Foliz,

      Yes and no. Physics gives us the power to make predictions of stuff we think we will see in nature. Of course, these are only predictions, and we often find that certain physical models are not complicated enough to predict outcomes *perfectlyMATOMO_URL In this sense, what we might expect to see, does sometimes happen! In my opinion though, the really interesting stuff is that which we don’t understand and is often the unpredictable things that aren’t predicted (yet!)!
