Question: How do you figure out how the cells you add to muscles will make it stronger ? Do you use a microscope or is there a completely different way you handle this ?

  I use muscle cells and we are able to check protein levels to see if they have changed with treatment. We do this using antibodies that which we can visualise and this helps us determine if we have helped the muscle or in fact made it worse!
